Chores? What Chores!

Still finding it hard to motivate yourself? You just can’t seem to stick at anything fitness related? Well, you haven’t found the right programme or instructor! Fitness should not be a chore. It should be enjoyable, you should really, really want to do it! (well most days). Whether it be a dance fitness class, functional training or running the instructor should motivate you, make you smile (or swear). Each move or exercise should fill you with determination, your body should be changing (if you stick at it of course). So what I’m trying to say is simply experiment! Try different things with different people until you find what works for you. I promise once you’ve found it you will never turn back! Get ready for the new you!
